At Green Feed Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if: the product is unused and in original packaging; the product was damaged during shipping; or the product does not match the description provided at time of purchase.
Opened bags of feed cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Custom bulk orders are non-refundable unless there is a quality defect. Sample products provided at no charge are not eligible for refund.
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order information and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
If you receive a product with a quality defect, we will replace it at no charge or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please document the issue with photos and contact us immediately.
